Client satisfaction is our primary goal. Not only do we strive to deliver our design product in budget and on time, but we also pride ourselves in responding quickly to our client’s requests and needs, especially during the construction phase. We realize, time is money.
We are always looking ahead, anticipating and acting proactively to provide information and assistance to other project team members, governing agencies and contractors to expedite the approval and construction process.
DNA’s main company focus: to exceed our client’s expectations in all areas of service, while creating beautiful and sustainable development solutions with lasting value.
We believe that; careful attention to quality design, excellent listening skills, and close working relationships with the rest of the project team, are the key components to producing a successful project. Our company culture is one of collaboration with the other team members and looking to fill any gaps on the projects. We feel the importance of looking at the project as a whole, rather than a myopic focus on a particular task is one of the keys to our success. Our clients have found this proactive level of service, attention to detail, and budget minded approach; refreshing and cost effective.
Our enthusiastic participation as a project team member means that we are constantly communicating with the other designers, engineers and builders on our team. This ensures that the separate components of the project design flow together to create a final project free of cross-discipline incompatibilities.
