Fletcher Jones Mercedes Benz Temecula, is a new car dealership within the Harveston Specific Plan in Temecula.  The project features a long entry corridor with a car display / fountain as the focal center piece of the dealership.  The project sits adjacent to the 15 freeway, and 40’ higher.  Because the site is along the Temecula City boundary and has a large slope facing the freeway, The City of Temecula chose this project for their new City Monument Signage.  The slope planting was designed with the intention to  only irrigate during the summer months, once established.
