Pradera Pointe, a thoughtfully planned residential community developed by D.R. Horton in Winchester, California. The project includes the design of the community’s North and South Parks, envisioned as complementary gathering spaces that strengthen neighborhood connectivity and encourage outdoor recreation.

Each park was carefully designed to foster a strong sense of place while supporting a variety of recreational activities. Amenities include tot‑lots, basketball courts, turf play areas, shaded seating, and open space features that accommodate both active use and casual gathering. Together, the North and South Parks provide inviting, well‑balanced environments that promote social interaction, play, and community identity for residents of all ages.
