One of the first master planned communities in the Temecula area.  This specific plan was processed through the County of Riverside with the goal to provide the future residents with a first class, walkable and sustainable golf course community.  Great American Development Company employed David Neault to create a landscape experience that was unique in character and form.  We worked with the Civil engineer to modify the grading plans to include expanding and contracting parkways.  Some parkways extend 100 feet behind the curb face.  At the core of the community is a championship 18 hole golf course and a 65 foot waterfall greets you at the entry.  The landscape treatments have created a very special send of place for the residents. Project features: 1400 acre master planned community, 5 parks, 18 hole championship golf course, meandering sidewalks, expanded parkways, walkable community, waterfall entry monument, schools, sustainable design.
